🍂 Cancellation Policy

At Porch Seasons, we understand that plans can change. We've designed our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible while respecting the time and resources that go into preparing your beautiful seasonal porch décor.

📅 Order Cancellations

Within 48 hours of placing your order: Full refund, no questions asked. We know you might need time to think it over.
Up to 7 days before your scheduled delivery date: 50% refund. At this stage, materials and scheduling costs will have already been allocated for your order.
Less than 7 days before delivery: Non-refundable. Your pumpkins, mums, and other seasonal items have already been reserved and prepared specifically for your installation.

🔄 Rescheduling

Standard Reschedule: You may request a delivery reschedule up to 5 days before your scheduled date at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Last-minute Reschedule: Changes within 5 days of delivery may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee to cover logistics adjustments.

🌦️ Weather & Safety Exceptions

Severe Weather: If unsafe weather conditions prevent us from delivering or setting up your display, Porch Seasons will reschedule your installation at no additional cost.
Safety First: We prioritize the safety of our team and the quality of your installation. Weather delays are completely complimentary.

🏠 Property Access

Inaccessible Property: If we arrive for your scheduled installation and cannot access your property (locked gates, incorrect address, no authorized person available), your order may be considered a completed delivery with no refund.
Communication is Key: Please ensure all access instructions are provided during checkout and that someone will be available if required.

We recommend reviewing your delivery date and access instructions within 48 hours of booking to ensure everything is perfect for your autumn transformation!

❤️ Special Circumstances

Life Happens: In rare situations such as documented illness, family emergencies, or other hardships, Porch Seasons may provide a one-time credit toward a future order at our discretion.
